At Mobi, we’re building more than a carsharing platform—we’re building a community of people who move with purpose, treat others with respect, and show up with integrity. Whether you’re a host or a guest, here’s how we keep our ecosystem safe, fair, and thriving:
This is the heart of it all. Hosting starts with offering a clean, road-ready vehicle. Renting ends with returning that car in the same condition. If something happens in between, we expect both parties to take responsibility and work toward a fair resolution. Respect goes a long way—on the road and off.
Your Mobi profile is your reputation. Add a clear photo, use your real name, and be honest in your listings or communication. Guests—only you can drive the vehicle unless otherwise approved. Hosts—accurately describe and photograph your vehicle so guests know exactly what to expect. Misuse, dishonesty, or deception have no place on our platform.
Clean cars = happy guests. Respectful communication = better experiences. We encourage everyone to keep their vehicles tidy, fueled, and odor-free. And while it's normal to disagree sometimes, we expect all interactions to be civil, professional, and constructive—especially during handoffs.
Some things, like tolls, tickets, or refueling, may need to be resolved after the trip. If something’s off, communicate it quickly and clearly. Use Mobi’s in-platform tools for reimbursements, damage reporting, and post-trip fees to make things smoother for everyone.
Hosts—your vehicle must meet all legal requirements to be rented on Mobi. Guests—you must follow all traffic laws, parking rules, and safety regulations. Illegal activity of any kind will lead to removal from the platform.
Can’t resolve something directly with your host or guest? That’s what we’re here for. Contact Mobi Support and we’ll step in to help—always in alignment with our Terms of Service and platform policies.
Thanks for being part of a community that believes in trust, fairness, and moving better—together.
