Every trip booked on Mobi includes insurance—whether you're driving for gig work or personal use. We've simplified our coverage to make things easy and transparent for you.

🛡️ What’s Included

Mobi provides insurance coverage through our trusted insurance partner. This coverage applies to all trips—rideshare or carshare—and includes:
  1. Physical damage protection
  2. Liability coverage (meets state minimum requirements)
This means you're protected if something goes wrong during your trip—but you may still be responsible for certain costs if damage occurs.

đź’¸ Your Responsibility: $250 Deductible

If there is any physical damage to the vehicle or theft during your reservation, you are responsible for up to $250 out of pocket, plus any related costs (e.g., towing, recovery, or cleaning if applicable).

We encourage all guests to drive carefully and return vehicles in the same condition they received them.

  1. Insurance is required and automatically included in every trip.
  2. Insurance fee is non-refundable and paid at the time of booking.
  3. You may be held liable for the $250 deductible and any trip-related incident costs if damage or theft occurs.
