You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 3 days before your trip start time.
If you book a trip within 3 days of the start time, your reservation is non-refundable, even if canceled later.
All cancellations must be submitted through the Mobi platform to be valid. Messages sent directly to a host (via phone, text, or other channels) will not count as an official cancellation.
