We understand that plans change—but to keep things fair for both guests and hosts, here’s how cancellations work on Mobi:


✅ Cancel 3 Days in Advance — Full Refund

You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 3 days before your trip start time.


🚫 Bookings Made Within 3 Days Are Non-Refundable

If you book a trip within 3 days of the start time, your reservation is non-refundable, even if canceled later.


🔒 Cancellations Must Be Made on Mobi

All cancellations must be submitted through the Mobi platform to be valid. Messages sent directly to a host (via phone, text, or other channels) will not count as an official cancellation.
